Dust, dirt, clay etc introduced to cooling water systems via make up water and air settle in low velocity areas to cause fouling. These areas also shelter microbial colonies to aggravate fouling. All MAXINOL polymers are capable of dispersing these; extreme conditions may require additional polymer dosing.
